Located in the historic center of Athens, overlooking the Acropolis, this project transforms a former industrial space into a contemporary architectural office. The design preserves the raw character of the existing structure while introducing a calm and functional working environment.

Exposed concrete ceilings, structural elements, and polished floors are combined with warm wood surfaces, custom furniture, and soft textiles to balance industrial austerity with human scale and comfort. Open-plan work areas, meeting spaces, and communal zones are organized to encourage collaboration while maintaining spatial clarity.

Large openings and filtered daylight connect the workspace to the surrounding urban landscape, integrating views of the city into everyday professional life. The project reflects a dialogue between past and present, combining industrial heritage with refined architectural expression to create a flexible and inspiring place of work.
